  Nice location. Beautiful gardens. Close to the beach. Spacious rooms and adequate rates. Can't recommend more.

  This place is f$&king disgusting. We walked in to a filthy apartment (dirt all over floors, smears on walls, smells mouldy..) and were really disappointed. The furniture is brown with grime. Later I pulled out the extra blanket as it's freezing (and one small aircon is supposed to heat a 2 bedroom place), and no joke there is bodily fluid, dirty brown marks and I don't want to know what else all over it. I'm revolted by this place and will never come back. I don't think the rooms ever get a proper clean, so much built up dirt everywhere. For $300+ per night I expected at least basic hygeine but this is unacceptable. I feel sick. Thanks Broadwater.

  We were there for a funeral, so a bit down, however rooms were great, nice views enjoyed our stay. Left feeling happy.

  Rooms are spacious and relatively clean (kitchen blinds a bit dusty and fridge a bit sticky). All the furniture is in good condition but could do with a bit more storage (one small wardrobe in the main bedroom, no cupboards in the second bedroom). Kitchen sufficiently well equipped for our needs. Large balcony. Pools are excellent. Gardens well maintained. BBQ facilities. Close to the beach. Really friendly and helpful staff.
